To wit, we will use your information for, but not limited to, communicating with you in relation to services and/or products you have requested from us. We may also gather additional personal or non-personal information in the future.

The Company does not sell biometric data to third parties.

The Company does not sell or share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing or advertising purposes. We use a limited number of service providers to operate What If: Stripe (payment processing), DeepSeek (AI processing of the content you submit), and third-party hosting vendors. These providers act only on our behalf, are prohibited from using your personal information except to provide these services to the Company, and are required to maintain the confidentiality of your information.

The Company may disclose your personal information, without notice, if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to: (a) conform to the edicts of the law or comply with legal process served on the Company or the site; (b) protect and defend the rights or property of the Company; and/or (c) act under exigent circumstances to protect the personal safety of users of the Company, or the public.

Third-Party AI Provider and International Transfers

To generate stories, the content you enter into What If is sent to our third-party AI provider, DeepSeek. DeepSeek acts as a service provider to the Company. Your information may be processed on servers located outside the United States, including in China, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country. By using What If, you consent to this transfer and processing. We do not sell your content to the AI provider, and we require it to use your content only to provide the service, to the extent our agreement permits.

Data Retention

We keep your account information until you delete your account. Stories you generate are kept until you permanently delete them. When you permanently delete a story or your account, we delete the related content, subject to the exceptions described in the Right to Deletion section below. You may request deletion at any time.
